How fresh are the cookies when they arrive?
Baked the morning we ship. Almost every cookie order ships within 24–48 hours.
Do you ship nationwide?
We ship cookies US-wide via 2-day ground carriers; priority overnight is available at checkout. Drinks, floats, shakes, puddings, and drink + cookie combos are made fresh and are never shipped — they are local pickup and local delivery only in the Garden Grove, California area.
Where are you located?
We bake out of Garden Grove, California. Local pickup is by appointment.
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final on our perishable goods — we do not accept returns or offer refunds. If something is wrong with your order, email hi@bpeatery.com within 48 hours and we'll make it right. See our full policy on the Refunds page.
Any allergen info?
All products are baked in a shared kitchen with wheat, dairy, eggs, and various nuts. Reach out if you have questions.
