What we collect
When you order from us or contact us, we collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number (if given), and order details. When you browse the Site, we may also collect basic device and usage information such as browser type, pages viewed, and referring URLs.
Why we collect it
We use your information to fulfill and ship your orders, respond to your inquiries, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and — if you have signed up — send you marketing emails about new drops, flavors, and offers. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email.
Service providers we use
We use Shopify to process checkout, payments, and order data. Shopify handles your payment information under its own privacy policy and PCI-compliant infrastructure. We may also use email and analytics providers (for example, to send transactional emails and understand site traffic). These providers only receive the information they need to perform their services for us.
We do not sell or share your personal information
BP Eatery does not sell your personal information, and we do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).
Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, you have the right to: (1) know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; (2) request deletion of personal information we hold about you; (3) correct inaccurate personal information; and (4) not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hi@bpeatery.com from the email address associated with your order. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframes required by law.
Cookies and analytics
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working, remember preferences, and understand aggregate site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the Site (like checkout) from working properly.
Data retention
We keep order and account information for as long as needed to provide our services and to comply with tax, legal, and accounting obligations.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
