All sales final
Everything we make — cookies, drinks, floats, shakes, puddings, and combos — is baked and prepared fresh to order. Because our products are perishable, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.
Something wrong with your order?
We want you to love what we bake. If there's an issue with your order — damage in transit, a missing item, or anything else — email us at hi@bpeatery.com within 48 hours of delivery or pickup and we'll do our best to make it right.
Cancellations
Because we bake in small batches, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have entered production. Reach out as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
